The Department of Commerce, one of the largest departments of the college, was established in 2007 with a student body of 58. The department has grown with the fortitude of 723 students over the past few years. The postgraduate department inducted the M.com course in 2015 to meet the general and expert development requirements. Further, the department also has a business lab so that students can be efficiently equipped to explore, test, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the trading sector and business activities.

The department provides an efficient environment for nurturing business professionals with a high level of knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to society with full commitment and honesty. To improve self-governance and student participation, the department regulates plentiful activities such as inter-class commerce fests, seminars, surveys, group discussions, and community development activities, it maintains a very consistent record of placements and internships each year. In addition, it has associations/collusions with Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences, Malaysia, Kayaka Education, Mark Education Academy, Business Toys, and ICT Academy.
